Rated 4 out of 5 by Deidre from Christmas (I bought a "ready" the tiptop and lesser chests). A Christmas present for my dad, I had it delivered. The commitment guys were awesome, calling me alee of time and polite to my father and me! The only thing I am disappointed is that information technology came already assembled. Nothing is damaged, but I was hoping information technology would however exist in the boxes and waiting until Christmas twenty-four hours. My dad had to correct the wheels on it after, the casters were on backwards. We were too missing keys to both the pinnacle and bottom chests. I don't accept patience for automatic voice menu, so I went on conversation on the Craftsman website and they referred me to the company that specializes in their keys/locks. They mailed me two pairs without charge! A little hassle, but overall, my dad loves information technology!

This unit of measurement is well put together and has great storage. It moves piece of cake with the handle and wheels. Best function is the stackability. There are other top pieces you can puchase if yous want. It does come up with a nice mat on top likewise. Overall creat production.

The lesser drawer soft-close mechanisms were not installed correctly then the drawer closed unevenly; One outside side panel was bent (peradventure it every bit dropped at some point); 3rd drawer from the top would non open due to drawer inside metal stop was bend (nosotros fixed this ourselves). Other than the in a higher place, everything else was good.

Rated v out of 5 past Anonymous from Perfect fit for my modest infinite Drawers operate smoothly and are a skillful size for my tools. Caster wheels make moving the cart easy. Handle is sturdy. Would have been nice to include padded liners for the drawers. Will probably purchase liners.
